Chapter 3319 - Slaying Eminents with One Strike

Eminent Yinyue waved her hand and sent Yumo Xue and the other two youths flying off into the astralscape. She shrieked and transformed into a white-haired fiend. Even though she paled in comparison to Eminent Baigui's might, she was much more agile and sharp. Her pale, fiendish face was a harrowing sight.

"Who dares ambush House Yumo of the Three Exalted Houses? You’ll die for destroying the Hellfiend!" she howled. She couldn't figure out who that glowing figure was. As far as she knew, someone like that couldn't possibly exist in the universe. However, it didn't matter. She only had to kill it.

Eminent Yinyue was on the same level as Eminent Jiguang. She turned into a beam of light as she charged toward the radiance, opting to fight at close range. Her two eyes and six irises gave her incredible visual acuity. The instant she was close, she clearly saw Tianming.

"Aaaah!" Her eyes almost fell from her sockets as she uncontrollably shrieked with shock. It was such a loud cry of disbelief that she had almost torn her astral lungs to shreds. The person she saw was a young man with white hair, black and gold eyes; a black, scaled left arm that crackled with lightning; a feathered, flaming right arm, a leg covered in dragon scales, and another that was covered in grass. He was surrounded by a pink aura. Beside him, a singular eight-starred ladybug zoomed past Eminent Yinyue toward Yumo Xue and the rest.

The sight was far too familiar to Yumo Yinyue. He was the one who had destroyed her daughter's physical body, causing her to lodge a personal complaint with Eminent Ranxing! But while he had temporarily survived because he obtained two legacies of the great Suishen steles, he was now a top fugitive of Myriadpath Valley!

With the most shocked voice she could muster, she shouted, "Li! Tian! Ming!"

Never would she have dreamed that he would show up there, nor that he would have an aura that caused her to feel primal fear. Her heart palpitations were irregular and heavy. The youth didn't stop for a moment, though, even after she called out his name. Instead, the glowing sword projection in his hand shrank and turned into an executioner's blade.

The power of Tianming's totems pulsed from within the sword. The weapon that had been powerful enough to destroy the Hellfiend was now pointed at Eminent Yinyue. Tianming's eyes locked on to her as he channeled the rage and resentment of omnisentient life, as well as the grudge of the trillions of victims of Viridian through him. He roared as the full might of all his believers flowed through his lifebound beasts, to his totems, and finally into him, making him mightier than he had ever been.

With a flash, he charged toward Eminent Yinyue. Before he even arrived, both of Lan Huang's heads executed Primordial Shockblast, breaking both her eardrums and turning half of her head into a bloody mist. Her body was so badly rattled that it could barely hold together, and that was just a single lifebound beast ability!

That alone proved that the entire Infinitum Mundus gathered their combined rage using Tianming as a conduit. His radiant form instantly closed the distance of tens of thousands of meters. He thrust the Infinitum Stele and broke through all of Eminent Yinyue's defenses. All of the omnisentient power transferred from the sword projection into Eminent Yinyue's body.

She wasn't even able to utter a single word as she beheld Tianming with horror. Explosions racked her body, one from every single astron. She had been vaporized in the truest sense of the word, dying in an instant. Even the cosmic charts that she left behind were wiped out with a pulsing echo of sword ki.

Eminent Yinyue had been killed in a single strike! The baleful souls that’d been trapped in her body had experienced ultimate release before they could even groan about their suffering. They saw Tianming, accompanied by the countless subjects that fought alongside him.

Never would someone like Eminent Yinyue, who had ruled over countless lifeforms, have been able to imagine that she would die there and then. Her vita struggled and cried with desperation before Tianming completely extinguished it. n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om

Something Tianming hadn't dared to even conceive of had been realized. He couldn't even imagine what the other members of House Yumo had in mind when they witnessed the sight. The rest were still stunned by hearing Eminent Yinyue call out Tianming's name.

Yumo Xue and Yumo Yuanni shuddered with fear and glared at Tianming. All they could do was shake their heads and voicelessly mutter 'it’s impossible'. Yumo Xue, who had relished in playing a role in deciding Suishen Yao's fate, didn't seem to have fared any better than Yumo Yuanni at that moment.

In fact, he seemed to react even worse! He recalled mocking Tianming for being so talented in messing up to the point that he had been made top fugitive. But now his astral organs were going haywire. Without even being attacked, blood flowed out of his orifices as if he had suffered blunt trauma to the head.

"Mom.... Mom...." Yumo Lingyue went completely insane. She stretched her hands out in the void, struggling to find her mother. She was unable to stand straight and tried leaning on Yumo Xue, only to cause him to almost tumble over as well.

Yumo Xue was ranked first on the Fortuna Ranking, yet what use was that now? The proud geniuses of heaven were filled with fear and disbelief, and all the remaining eminents—including Eminent Baigui—were just as distraught.
