Global Awakening: Apocalypse Ender's Chronicle

Chapter 363 Advice

It wasn't something that Shane would notice, but the Vampire was different.

His face paled as he realized what was happening.

"The administrator…" he muttered with his voice filled with dread.

Shane barely heard these words and was definitely confused.

However, seeing that the Vampire's assault had paused, Shane used this opportunity to break away while he held an Exploding Machete in his hands…

As Shane was about to attack, he noticed that something was off.

'Hmm?'

The Vampire seemed to be panicking!

Indeed, the Vampire no longer cared about the strongest Survivor of this Apocalypse at all! His mission has failed as he took too much time!

Knowing he couldn't maintain his enhanced state for long, the Vampire made a desperate decision. He transformed into a bat, his form shrinking and becoming more agile.

With a swift motion, he created a small wormhole in the air and darted through it, disappearing just as the Administrator's presence became intense.

Shane watched as the Vampire vanished. However, his body remained tense and ready for any further surprises. He felt that there was another problem coming at him…n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om

Soon, a mysterious figure came out of the spatial ripple that had occurred.

"Mhhmm… He's quick…" The figure murmured.

The figure was a female elf with a graceful figure, clad in a flowing white dress that seemed to possess some mysterious energy of its own.

Her long, silver hair cascaded down her back, and her eyes made Shane recall the previous Administrator that he had met when he was about to leave the Auction Event.

This female elf then looked at the wormhole where the Vampire had escaped and then at the ten Armored Juggernaut Zombies lying lifeless on the ground before shaking her head in displeasure.

Turning her attention to Shane and his team, she spoke with a calm, authoritative voice. "It seems that there's been a mistake. We will ensure that this won't happen again. As an apology, you no longer need to defeat any Armored Juggernaut Zombies, and you will also receive the highest reward possible for this stage. I can also see that the Vampire left his storage belt… You can take it as well."

As she said this, the team looked at the brown belt, which seemed to have spatial storage ability. Shane had actually aimed for this during their battle and it was a good thing that the Vampire didn't notice until he left. Nonetheless, that shouldn't be included in his reward since he planned to obtain it all along.

Anyway, Shane, still processing the sudden turn of events, asked, "Before that… Who are you? And that Vampire? What is that creature? Why was it trying to kill me?"

The elf smiled gently. "I forgot to introduce myself. I am Administrator Eva. That Vampire is an anomaly. We will ensure that he is eliminated soon. He probably thought of consuming your blood, but thankfully, you are stronger than he anticipated.

Mhmm… If you're not satisfied with the rewards, then I'll give you these as additional compensation."

With a wave of her hands, Administrator Eva took out a pouch containing 10 Recruitment Stones and handed it to Shane.

The stones glowed with a faint, mystical light, and Shane could already tell what they were without appraising them.

Shane accepted the pouch. His mind was still filled with questions, but he was also relieved since the Vampire would be dealt with by the Administrator.

'They're definitely Elf Recruitment Stones! This is perfect!' Shane celebrated in his mind. The Elves that he had recruited before were incredibly useful as they could show incredible fighting prowess, especially in the jungle. Shane couldn't wait to summon them!

"Thank you, Administrator Eva." Shane could only reply as it seems that the Administrator doesn't have plans to explain more.

He could only hope that his future Memory Spheres would allow him to discover more about the identity of the Vampire' Rise Ender.

Eva nodded, her expression serene. "Good luck, Shane. The challenges ahead will test you even further. But I have faith in your abilities. Good luck."

With that, the elf turned and disappeared back into the spatial ripple, leaving Shane, Diana, and Sandra to process what had just happened. They exchanged glances. Everything had just happened too quickly.

However, as soon as the Administrator left, Shane and the others received numerous messages from the system. Shane then swiftly stored the Vampire's belt in his inventory before looking at the notifications.

Just like what she promised, they indeed received the highest reward possible for this 5th stage of the Boss Raid!

As soon as they received this message, the three were soon transported to an empty room where they had to wait for all the other Survivors to finish their Boss Raid…

The empty room was bright and comfortable, and Shane felt that it was an area near the Administrator's office. Nonetheless, he decided not to think too much of it.

"We really did it…" Diana muttered.

"Yes! Just look at these rewards…" Sandra was also celebrating in her mind as she couldn't wait to open the Diamond Treasure Chest!

Perhaps all her life's luck has been used after being able to join Shane's group!
