" I am going to talk woth Lucie and see what she could do about giving five of your a pass inside.With her arranging things, you guys shouldn't face any problems."

" Aren't you going to come with us? It will be much more reassuring to have you there."She said packing last of her things.

Samuel followed her upstairs alone because he forgot to tell her about his plans. The atmosphere was still little awkward but neither of them said anything about their passionate kiss at the garden.

" I can't be too sure about it because I have help a friend. It's the reason why I came here."

" I thought you were here for Elise?"

" It's complicated." Both stayed silent but Genevieve finally said," Your friend sounds likr a girl."

Samuel choked up for a second looking at her sneaking glances at his face. He knew what he had to do.

" I didn't take you as a jealous type."

" Who said I am jealous? I am just worried about others. I don't care who you mess around with, it's not my problem." She shrugged staying resolute. It would get harder for her to leave if she said something abrupt.

" Is that so then if I do this to others you wouldn't mind right?" He grabbed her and put her on his lap in the same position that they were in the park.

She yelped but immediately realised what he was up to and tried to pushed her away. He didn't release her just tightened his grip grabbing her hip to pull her closer.

Just inches away from each other's face they stared at each other. She exclaimed to be released but he was adamant and kept embracing her soft body.

Feeling his seductive breath over her face she knew it was getting dangerous. Not knowing what to do, she grabbed his neck and said," I don't have time to play these games. You might think I am easy to mess with but I will warn you not to overestimate yourself."

Giving him an angry look, her voice was solemn but on the inside, she was panicking so much so that he could feel her body agitate under his grip.

Surprisingly, he let her go and started talking like nothing had happened. He said," Before the party, I will send someone to pick you up. You don't have to worry about clothes or makeup as it will my responsibility."

He turned away from her, planning to leave. Unbeknownst to her, he too was fighting a moral battle inside his mind. He so wanted to push her down and kiss her but at the same time, he didn't want her to freak out.

Since his memories were surfacing, he knew he started to get much more aggressive but at the same time, he had much more control over his impulse. Unfortunately, she just look too 'appetizing' whenever he was near her.

Genevieve looked at his fleeting back, contemplating heavily whether or not she should chase him down. She too was feeling enormous attraction toward him mainly to recreate that familiar feeling.

She became a little sad seeing that he really left, but soon, Elise came into the room under the pretense of helping her pack. It gave her some valuable time to put her mind off of him.

After half an hour, it was close to eight in the morning when she came down carrying a single carry bag. They didn't bring much to begin with but she did take some of the clothes that Samuel brought for her.

It's not that she wanted to keep it but when he mention, it would either be destroyed or donated, she felt sorry because she quite like the style.

At the entrance a sedan was already waiting for her, she was grabbing Elise's hand leading her to it but she could help but look back to see where he was.Nôv(el)B\\jnn

Did she hurt him by denying his advances? Would he hate her for it? Her mind was a mess not seeing him. She really thought that he wasn't going to send her away.

Henri and other saw her looking around but they didn't say anything. Genevieve also started making excuses, saying that she forgot some things but whenever she mentioned the item, maids would pull it out of the luggage that they prepared.

In the end, she had no choice but to open the car door. Her heart was heavy even feeling the ache just thinking about such a messy seperation but she was shocked to see him sitting in the back quietly observing her through the tinted windows.

" Sami!" Elise reacted first, since he was inside she too wanted to be with him. Je didn't stop her helping her inside beside him before looking at Genevieve's gaping mouth.

" I was free so I thought, I should personally send you back." He said with a smile.

Genevieve who was lost for words immediately snorted showing her discomfort but still took the seat beside him while folding her arms.

" You better! But only because of Elise. Don't get any weird ideas." Her mouth did show a slight curve but she did it expertly so that he didn't see it.

For the rest of the drive, she talked happily with Elise but kept on ignoring him purposely whenever he tried to get in on theor conversation.

Genevieve didn't live in the urban area but the fairly old district outside Paris. It only took about an hour for them to reach her place.

She hurriedly asked the driver to stop few blocks away from her house. The expensive sedan would only arouse suspicion from her friends and family, she wasn't ready to introduce him to them because she wouldn't be able to properly define the ridiculous things that she experienced in the past few days.

Elise was sad seeing her carry her luggage but with Samuel's consoling her at least she didn't cry.

Still, Genevieve took few minutes to hug and kiss her reminding her about the promise. While she was inside the car, Samuel got out to help her with the luggage.

Genevieve thanked him for it to which he told her that he didn't mind it. They both stopped for a second, he gave her a smile saying his goodbye but before he could turn back, she grabbed him and forcefully kissed him.

It cane out of nowhere, it lasted for few moments before she released him and ran away without saying anything. Seeing his baffled expression before leaving, she turned back to give it a second look only to see him smiling at her. He waved her goodbye but unfortunately, they failed to notice a couple of onlookers who watched it all unfold.
