Feordio told Rein and his team that after they came here in this remote region, they cut ties with almost all their public connections to keep themselves safe. But still in secret they still maintained their main communication line and were informed about all the major events of past decades.

The Donesier family had never given up on their title and were very much willing to get that back. They also wanted to take revenge on their enemies who were responsible for their downfall. But for any of that to happen, they first needed to have a powerful mage again in the family.

So for the next few decades, the Donesier family focused on creating as many offsprings as they could with the intention to give birth to a powerful heir with the talent for being a great mage. But the chance of being a mage was very illusory and most of their heirs did not have the talent.

Even the heirs who had the talent of being a mage, they were not very talented. The Donesier family needed a very talented mage if they wanted to returned to their old glory. A mediocre talent was not enough for that.

But even with a few failures, the family did not lose hope. They continued expanding their family for generations with the intention of creating a talented mage. But this whole time, Donesier family kept on trying. And only recently they had managed to finally give birth to a child who had managed to awaken as a mage with high affinity to magic.

Normally people and even nobles needed to go to the academy for appraisal. But actually the process of appraisal was not a unique technique of the magic academy. But the set up there was top notch so many noble families depended on them for the appraisal.

But the Donesier family had a set up of their own. So using that they found out that their most recently awakened family heir had a powerful talent and could reach the fourth rank as a mage. That was the opportunity the whole family was waiting for, so they were extremely happy about this.

But there was a problem with this matter. Even though the Donesier family had quite a few books and study materials for a mage, they were still not capable of teaching a rank four mage alone. So for the future of the family, they needed to send their hopes and dreams to the capital magic academy for the best possible training.

But their enemy noble families were still very active in the capital. So if they sent their heir there who was still not strong enough to protect himself, then he would definitely be killed by them. Then Feordio explained that Rein and his girls were that outside help his family badly needed. So their mission was to safely escort their heir to the academy and then protect him their for some time, until the heir was capable of protecting himself.

This was a simple mission but was also very troublesome for how long this was. The reward that Feordio promised to give them was a fourth grade magic item and a magic formation created by the family ancestor. They were definitely very valuable for anyone below the fourth rank but Rein was not really interested in them that much.

But he was curious about one thing and asked Feordio about it. If their enemy families was active in the capital, then their was a very high chance that the members of these families were also in the academy. So sending the request of assistance through the magic academy was very dangerous as the members of the enemy family could also know about this mission.

Hearing this question, Feordio smiled and told Rein that they had a very close family friend working in the academy in the mission hall. So they had requested that friend to only show the mission to people who would be able to complete it and who would also not leak their circumstances.

From Feordio's word, it was clear how much he believed in this close family friend and his decision. Now it also made sense why they were so honest with Rein. It looked like they had already believed that the people chosen and sent by their friend were reliable and could help them.

Rein asked Feordio and his sons to go out of the room for some time as his team needed to discuss a bit about the mission in private. Feordio understood that his request was not really easy so he was actually happy that these people did not immediately rejected it.

After Feordio and his sons left the room, Rein, Luna and Lopas started to discuss about what they just heard. This kind of long missions were not something Rein wanted and as they needed to do one more missions before returning to the capital so they would need to come back here again after completing the last mission, which was very troublesome.

But still Rein was considering this mission for a very simple reason. He had a very easy solution to this problem. And he was also impressed by how determined the members of the Donesier family were. That was the reason why he was ready to help them out if his partners agreed to it.

As for what solution Rein had in mind, he wanted the Donesier family to ask help form the Leonance family. As Lopas could accept the plea on behalf of the Leonance family with her authority, the Donesier family could immediately get the support of the ducal family.

With the Leonance family's support, the Donesier family would not need to worry about the attack of their enemies anymore. If they still dared to the attack the child even with the Leonance family's support, then the enemy families would just be digging their grave.

After Rein told Lopas about his plan, Lopas agreed to this easily. She was also impressed by the determination of the Donesier family and did not mind helping them out. So after making their decision, Rein again called Feordio to come in and Rein was going to reveal their true identities to them.
