This level of denial was commendable, even though the evidence was before them, they still refused to believe it. Is the possibility of her still being alive so ludicrous that they don't want to believe it even though the proof was so clear, aren't the Luxemborough government always paranoid about anything therefore they are always prepared for unexpected things to happen, should they be prepared for the slight possibility that she might still be alive?

"Enough for the question! it's my turn to ask! why are you chasing the little girl?" Lory can't understand why there are so many Dragxtarn Chassing for one little girl.

The Dragxtarns clamp their mouth shut, it seems it would be hard to pry their mouth open then suddenly Dan screams.

"The S.A.I.N.T. organization wanted to use her for something, so she ran away!"

"SHUT UP!" One of the Dragxtarn screams.

"Hey..." Lory immediately swung her hand then dozens of sharp icicles fell on them and forced them to jump from the roof.

Now that they were busy, Lory turned her attention back to Dan, "Lydia has no idea what they want to do with her?"

Dan who was already fully healed took long steps towards Lory " Lydia wasn't sure, but she said one of her friends was chosen along with another healer a few months ago, she said to heal the world they would send them to the countries that needed their help the most, they even threw a big party for the chosen people who would carry out this noble task"

"What so weird about that" Lory squints her eyes.

"According to Lydia, every person who is selected will be blessed by the saintess thus their healing powers will be increased significantly after that they all be sent to various countries and expected to focus on their duties. However after several months had passed Lydia still had not received any news from her friends, she couldn't believe someone would be so busy that they couldn't send at least one message to let her know they were okay, Lydia also asked about this with the people in charge but they ignored her even reprimanded her to stop asking and just focused on her work, therefore Lydia felt suspicious that something might have happened to her friend."

"The Saintess could increase other people's healing gift?" a deep wrinkle forming on Lory's brow.

"Well, I was surprised to hear that too," said Dan.

"Do you think maybe his friend was too busy with his duties to give him the news?" Lory asked again.

Dan shook his head "Lydia and her friend are very close, not only do they both have Healing Gift, they also come from the same hometown and they are also orphans so they are close like sisters, so it's weird that her friend didn't contact her at all"

"Damn you Bitch*, you're all going to die here!" Dragxtarn finally finished dealing with Lory's ice attack.

Lory looked at the three Dragxtarn with a mocking smile "You sure you can hurt them with your current state, really?!"

Anxiety rose in their chests. They knew very well that they could not win against this mysterious woman.

One of the Dragxtarn who could think clearly realized they wouldn't be able to win this fight, "If you let us go, we won't report anything about you..."

"Hey!" the other Dragxtarn rebuked his comrade shot with a warning glare.

"We may not be strong but there are other people who are much stronger than us, do you think you can face them all" he tried to scare Lory into letting them go that way they would be able to report the presence of enemies who would become a dangerous threat to them.

Lory's brows shoot up "Then what about these kids?"

Dragxtarn exchanged glances, they were a tacit understanding between them so afterward he answered in a heavy tone, "We will pretend we didn't find them too" The most important thing for them was to stay alive so they could report to their superiors.

And surprised, Dragxtarn is willing to resign? he looked at Lory in awe. On the other hand, Lory was stunned but then she burst out laughing.

"Ouch...do you think I'm stupid" sneered Lory "I've killed five of your friends, you think I'm afraid of Dragxtarn or Luxemborough, please" Lory rolled her eyes.

The three Dragxtarn clenched their jaws as they realized they were at their wit's end, it seemed they could not fool this girl.

 "Come on, I'll make this quick for all of you" Lory grinned then the staff in her hands glowed for a second before transforming into a silver sword.

The Dragxtarn and everyone who watched the staff transform magically into a sword was dumbfounded beyond belief their jaw dropped.

In this world weapons can only transform into other weapons through mechanical function which is then called 'morph weapon' but there is no weapon that can magically change to another form without bypassing the mechanical function, this is impossible even divine weapons that were found do not have transformation function except....the Trinity staff that belong to Princess Lorient!

Realization hit them like a tide, the immeasurable Mana, the healing gift, the purple eyes....later, the trinity staff! Though they don't want to believe it but they cannot deny it anymore.

"No way!"

Their voice edged with fear as pure terror jabbing their skins.

"Now, you finally get it" Lory sighed.

The silver swords gleamed under the pale moonlight, their faces were deathly pale they were unable to move nor speak they could only stare at the beautiful woman before them with silent horror.

The fight indeed ended quickly with complete victory on Lory's side she doesn't even break a sweat. Lory herself was surprised that she could defeat Dragxtarn easily. Lory wasn't kidding when he said that as far as he remembered Dragxtarn was much stronger than this, could it be that she became much stronger or Dragxtarn's quality had dropped drastically since she left?

Lory took a deep breath and then held the Trinity wand again. Lory then walked towards Dan, Owen, and Lydia who had gathered, they looked at Lory with sparkling eyes full of admiration.

"Are you guys okay?" Lory asked about their mental state, she couldn't imagine being hunted by Dragxtarn for several days, anyone would be afraid, she would! if she were at their age... well, maybe. Nôv(el)B\\jnn

Dan spread his hands while saying honestly, "I've never felt better....um, Your Majesty"

Owen bowed his head politely. "Thank you for your help, Your Majesty," he said nervously.

Lydia didn't say anything, just nodded her head politely.

Lory laughed seeing their attitude change one hundred and eighty degrees after they knew her identity, she thought it was a bit funny.

"Don't hesitate" Lory waved her hand casually not long after they heard the high pitch of the car screeching brakes then Lloyd and Garrof ran towards them anxiously. "Are you guys okay?"

Owen waved his hands excitedly, "We're fine!"

"I told you they'd be fine!" Garrof playfully punched Lloyd in the arm.

"You are the one who got worried!" Lloyd pushed Garrof in annoyance, he then walked toward Lory then bowed his head courteously, "Thank you very much, Your Highness"

"Don't be too disappointed, I think you'll get that opportunity in the future," Lory said.

Seeing how casual they were, it dawned on Owen Garrof and Lloyd already knew about Lory's identity long before, "You... How long have you known her identity!" he pointed between Lory and Garrof consecutively but then Dan quickly pulled his rude finger down.

"Oh, sorry" Owen realized his being impolite, he smiled embarrassedly while scratching his head like an idiot.

"We'll talk about it later, we better leave before anyone comes!" Lloyd said.

Because the car was too small, they decided that Lori would drive, then Lydia would sit in the front seat and behind Garrof, Lloyd, Owen, and Dan.

"We should have gotten a bigger car," Garrof complained.

"Whose car did you guys take?" And it is reasonable to suspect that this is a rich person's car if you look at the car's luxurious interior.

"Oh yeah, whose car is this?" Only now did Lory notice the car he took.

"It's a convertible car so it probably belongs to a rich person but this guy feels a bit tacky doesn't he?" I don't know who thought it was cool to use tiger fur as car seat fabric and gold to cover the interior, luckily it was nighttime time so it was dark so the flashy interior didn't annoy them too much.

"Since it belongs to a rich man, we have to return it before anyone notices," said Lory.

"What's this?" Lydia took out a strange wand from the drawer then suddenly the wand vibrated.

Everyone was silent "...."

"What kind of weapon is this?" Lydia was confused.

"Don't touch it!" everyone almost shouted at the same time.

Lydia was surprised by his strong reaction she shook the stick then the stick started to spin so not only vibrate it also spun.

Lory stared in horror. 'That thing can spin now!'

Who created this abominable invention, "Put it back - Put it back!" Lory said frantically.

Lydia hurriedly returned the stick to the compartment but she accidentally knocked over a box and all the contents spilled onto the car floor.

"What is this?" she innocently took one of the rectangular boxes and showed it to Lory and the others.

"Don't tell me this is that man's car" Lloyd pulled his hands from the door handle.

"Uugh, I feel so dirty" Lory groaned in disgusted she felt indescribably disgusted touching the steering wheel, she didn't want to imagine what might have happened in this car.

"I heard the rumor about celebrity wildlife..." Dan clasped his hands together to avoid touching anything in the car.

"Just to be safe, we all should all shower after this, I mean thoroughly..." Garrof sternly reminds them.

"We cannot take you to our hotel, Are you okay to stay in a small hotel?" Lory asked.

"Anywhere is better than this car, your highness" Dan replied.

Owen's imagination runs wild he can't help but mutter "I heard a lot of action happened in the back seat..."

Lydia who still had no clue looked at them in confusion "What are you talking about?"

"Miss Boyd, there are some things that are better left unknown" Lory solemnly said then her gaze turned to Lydia's hands "But...don't touch your face or your body before you wash your hands, okay"
