The Rejected Alpha's Vengeance

Chapter 443 Don't Hold Back

[HAWI]

Staring at the excited Hawi, Malika knew that a lot had happened in the little moment that the woman had taken a break.

It wasn't daily that shit like this happened and she wanted to hope that it was all alright, but with the hold Hawi had on Sebastian, perhaps Malika would have to rethink it.

This was a battlefield for them, and they had come to either get home safely or be the ones who were part of the damned grave here. It wasn't what anyone would have assumed and it was like there was more to life than this.

"You people are holding back, don't tell me you're scared we will kill you so you're making it easier for us," Hawi said and the Russels glared at her, the confidence she had making them feel some type of way.

She had ruined their lives and plans one too many times and this was their chance to make things right, especially now that it was like they had control over something. When Hawi had agreed to come to the sacred island, she had come intending to kill her and make this place a gravesite for the Russels.

However, as they kept fighting, tearing each other apart and the cruelest of ways, Hawi realized that there was a greater goal than just them being dead. They hadn't come up the thousands of steps just to be fighting like cats and dogs here.

Granted, they were born enemies, but surely they had to have come for something on this island, something that got the Russels fighting like their lives dependent on it all.

"Go with Alex, Trey!. Seb and I will handle these two," Amina shouted and the brothers looked at her before they rushed into the temple like they hadn't been fighting for their dignity barely minutes ago.

The two Russel brothers were hurt so badly by Malika and Hawi's magic. Trey looked like they had seen hell and didn't know what to take the trip into that damned hole ever again.n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om

Well to be fair, hell was the one place that almost everyone always despised. It wasn't the best of ideas and it wasn't the easiest of them all but that the fuck were they supposed to do when this particular hell had Awuor Hawi Sicario?

Were they supposed to take a step back and hope to the goddess that everything would be okay when the woman screamed danger for them?

"So, you had a different agenda here too, huh?" Hawi said with a smirk as she looked at the warlocks who were running away. She hated that they had tried to pay them but then that would mean that they could fight these two and get to the others.

It wasn't going to be as hard, right?

"Wanna switch?" Malika asked when she saw that Seb was down.

"Not a problem," Hawi said as he dragged Sebastian up and resumed their fight. She hated the Russels and she had a lot of things to settle with Sebastian. It was just unfortunate that they had to do this to each other.

They had been in the dam field for the longest time and they had been what many would have assumed to be the perfect mix of chaos. It wasn't that anyone would have best assumed but then that's what life had sent their way.

Nothing had ever had an explanation for the other than the fact that they were determined to read each other. This was going to be a long battle, but it was a good thing that Hawi was not defeated anymore right?

"I see you're fit and healthy," Malika said as she stared at Amina who was ready to keep the fight going.

It wasn't going to be easy, but then Malika had a rage that Amina didn't quite understand, it was evident in the protector's eyes and even when Malika blasted Amina with the silver poison, she knew.

There was more to this rather than just a protector fulfilling her duty to protect the white wolf, and frankly, Amina was curious. So, she dared to ask, given she had realized that the fights had a lot of conversations in them like they were old friends.

Perhaps that was just because they were a little unhinged, but wasn't that the scale of normal on this and that no one had come to for the past thousands of years?

"You look a little pissed than usual. What's up, sister-in-law?" Amina asked nonchalantly and Malika glared at her while Hawi stared in the distance as she heard what Amina had said. The woman was definitely like them, there is no denying that.

"Hi there… sister-in-law!" Hawi teased as she ducked when Sebastian swung a flower pot at her, the sound of the cracked pot making them dizzy for a moment, given the pot had had explosives in it.

"You're never going to let me live that, will you?" Malika sighed as she looked at Hawi who was excitedly swinging Sebastian around you would think that they were in some kind of a merry-go-round.

This whole fight looked like a joke, and it would have been if they weren't coming to each other in full force and still defending. Oh, they were powerful in every way and it was not good for anyone who didn't know then and joined in his fight. Continue your journey on empire

Perhaps that was why it had been so easy for Jer to run away, because the psychos were at war and there was no telling what the fuck they needed to get to the stage of peace.

Or maybe that wasn't even the goal at the moment, right? Shit had long gone sideways and this was just the moment when they ruined each other's lives to the fullest.

Hell, Sebastian was fighting Hawi with half a hand, if that was even supposed to be possible. He was losing, but that didn't matter because they had to win this battle however crazy it got.

"Nope, sister-in-law," Hawi said and Malika sighed as she started throwing ice shards toward Amina who skillfully blocked the shards. They were coming at her in full speed that for a moment.

Hawi paused to take a look at what was happening. She wanted to say she didn't know why Malika was so mad, but was aware. She knew a little too well, and it was breaking her heart too.

Hawi had promised to bring Mbali back to Malika but that wouldn't be possible if Malika killed Amina, the only other link to Mbali that would tell him where Mbali was.

It wasn't going to be the easiest of decisions but a dead Amina, and a Mbali that lived would mean hell for Malika even if Malika meant well for her sister. It was the one gamble of fate that Hawi wouldn't let Malika give into.

So, she created a cage worse than the one they had created for Razia, and threw both Amina and Sebastian into it, making Malika come to a stop, while the Russels wondered what the hell was happening.

They had been trained to be the best of the best by their parents but then their parents had died long before Hawi was born and long before Malika had someone to lose. So, this, this was their new hell.

"You need to stop!" Hawi said when Malika came at her, growling so intently that the island itself shook.

"She's the reason I can't find my sister!!!" Malika barked and Hawi pulled her into a knowing hug.
